I finally found a persimmon bud!!There is only one bud on tree's upside, so I couldn't take a photo finely...
But I think bud will increase from now.
There are the tree in my parents-in-law's garden.
And my mother-in-law who is an instructor of IKEBANA has taken care of it, but persimmon blossom is not within her recollection.
Persimmon blossom must always bloom in obscurity.
But I will definitely see it!!

So that's what a persimmon looks like from the start!!!! Thank you for letting me see it!!! I finally got to eat one last week, but it came from New Z-land so I dont know if it tastes like the Japanese one.

How was the persimmon? Sweet??
To be honest, I don't like persimmon.
Because I don't like texture of fresh one.
We sometimes dry sour persimmons and sour ones sweeten. But it's too sweet for me!!
Persimmons are sometimes used as a natural sweetener because sugar was very valuable in olden days, so it's a relic of this.
Oh, I remember!!
My dog likes persimmons and sometimes she pinches them that my grandmother drys(^-^;
